Jacqueline Bradica

ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Jacqueline Bradica is a non-binary designer who designs genderless, slow fashion garments and accessories. They often take inspiration from architecture and nature while designing and use it to explore the relationship between gender and clothing. They design with the intention of creating garments that make the wearer feel authentically themselves and comfortable in their gender expression. As a slow fashion brand, they focus on incorporating sustainable techniques into their work by using zero waste pattern making, upcycling, and remanufacturing techniques to reduce fabric waste. The line features many one-of-a-kind designs made from deadstock fabrics and reclaimed materials.

Worn

Myles Sexton Breakout Talent Award Recipient

Worn is a gender neutral collection that explores the relationship between the rigidity of human-made architectural structures and the movement and organic shapes found in nature. This relationship mirrors that of human-made gendered boxes and the view that they are static and never changing. The collection features hard traditional masculine tailoring torn apart and worn away by the fluid structures of nature.
